Protokoll Taproom

Nestled in Friedrichshain, Protokoll is a taproom designed as a dialogue between international craft, innovation, and local industrial heritage. The space centers on a massive, five-meter, live-edge bar surrounded by raw concrete walls and wainscoting crafted from reclaimed Berlin flooring.

The design’s focal point is the 24-tap system, framed by vibrant yellow tiles that provide a high-contrast backdrop for a unique set of custom-made tap handles. These handles, crafted from twigs, pine cones, and branches gathered from the forests surrounding Moscow, serve as a tactile tribute to the brewery's roots.
Protokoll Taproom is a space that feels quintessentially "Berlin" — unpolished and honest — yet vibrantly modern.
